Screening equipment is widely applied in industrial sectors of metallurgy, building material, coal, and road construction. (17) Angled arrangement / It can be used on any rod in any horizontal screen so as to increase the conveying capacity
(18) Loose rod arrangement / It can decrease blockage, but has a poor precision rate
Size of screen aperture: the larger the screen apertures are, the higher production rate the unit screen sieve area offers and the higher capacity of separation it offers; however, the sizes of screen apertures depend on the purposes and requirements intended. When it is intended to obtain material as fine as possible that passes the screen aperture among the upscreen material, smaller apertures shall be adopted; the other way round, when it is intended to obtain underscreen material with sizes larger than specified as much as possible, the aperture is not supposed to be oversized.
